ADR signal frequency deviates from pre-defined frequency values

ADR signal frequency deviates from pre-defined frequency values

Volvo TRUCKAPMaftertreatmentunknown

Что означает ошибка

This DTC indicates ADR signal frequency deviates from pre-defined frequency values. It belongs to the SCR/AdBlue/aftertreatment system group and is classified as abnormal signal frequency, pulse width or rate. Reference: code C102527.

Вероятные причины

  • Poor DEF/AdBlue quality or contamination DEF dosing pressure/flow problem Crystallized or blocked dosing line/nozzle Faulty NOx/temperature sensor or wiring SCR catalyst efficiency issue Frequency or pulse signal outside expected limits Speed/position signal dropout Interference or trigger wheel issue

Что проверить сначала

  • Confirm whether the DTC is active or stored and record freeze-frame data. Clear the DTC and repeat the operating conditions that triggered it. Inspect the related connector, pins and harness for damage, corrosion, moisture or poor pin tension. Compare the related live-data value with the expected value and with related sensors. Check DEF/AdBlue level and quality. Run the OEM DEF dosing/pump and aftertreatment service tests.

Ведомая диагностика

  1. Read all active and stored DTCs, freeze-frame data and related live-data parameters. Clear the fault memory and reproduce the complaint under the recorded operating conditions. Visually inspect the component, connector and harness
  2. repair obvious damage before deeper testing. Measure power supply, ground and signal/reference voltage under load where applicable. Compare commanded versus actual values and perform actuator/service tests with OEM-level diagnostics. If wiring, power supply and related components test good but the DTC returns, follow the OEM pinpoint test for module/component replacement or software update.

Сервисное примечание

Use OEM service information and wiring diagrams for the exact model, ECU variant and software level. After repair, clear DTCs, perform required adaptations/resets and confirm the fault does not return during a road or service test.
